Novus Group is seeking an on-site Front Office Medical Patient Access Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time role starts with a base pay range of $19.60–$22.26 per hour, with the potential to progress to $30.25 per hour through performance and tenure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm front-office reception for patients and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Verify demographics and insurance details, collect copays, and guide patients to financial resources.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate care connectivity with ancillary services.
• Handle administrative tasks, triage calls, and maintain a patient-centered environment.
