Novus Group is seeking a Pediatric Medical Front Office Specialist to join our on-site team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role supports pediatric patients through front desk reception, registration, insurance verification, and scheduling, with a day shift in a full-time capacity.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a medical office and strong interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in EHR systems and patient portals.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in a medical office or patient billing function.
• Proficient typing and PC-based software skills; familiarity with EHRs and patient portals.

Responsabilidades

• Greet pediatric patients and families at front desk; manage check-in/check-out and patient portal sign-ups.
• Verify and update demographic and insurance information; collect copays at point of service.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate with care teams for continuum of care.
• Handle incoming calls, triage messages to clinical staff, and perform basic administrative duties.
