Ellis Medicine seeks a Customer Relations Specialist to schedule outpatient procedures and liaise with customers and physicians. The role supports the Ellis Info line and EMG Call Center, helping execute marketing strategies and enhance patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling calls, instructing patients on prep and blood work, and ensuring timely online request processing while protecting patient privacy. Strong computer skills required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and computer skills required.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process calls to the patient/referral line and outbound calls.
• Support EMG Call Center and physician offices via hospital departments.
• Instruct offices and patients on blood work, procedures, prep and directions.
• Ensure online requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Schedule conference room requests.
• Complete required training.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
