Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Pre-Processing Specialist for Main Line Services at Ellis Preserve. You will be the first point of contact for patients and physicians, handling outpatient testing and appointment scheduling across MLHS facilities. Experience in patient registration and strong customer service is required.

Day shifts with full-time status. Eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year, 120 hours of paid time off, and free employee parking.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of patient registration or appointment scheduling experience.
• Superior customer service skills in a patient-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule outpatient testing and appointments.
• Serve as first contact for patients and physicians.
• Maintain multiple databases and use internet, Word, Excel, and email.
