Formación

• Minimum of two years in a clinical office, insurance, or healthcare setting.
• Experience with patient registration, front desk operations, and insurance-related responsibilities.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patient appointments and complete the registration process.
• Answer calls and liaise between patients and clinical staff for smooth communication.
• Process referrals, insurance authorizations, and maintain billing documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with procedures.
