St. Luke’s Health System seeks an experienced Practice Manager 1 to lead an outpatient clinic portfolio including Urgent Care, General Surgery, and traveling specialty services, under one roof.

The role oversees daily operations, staff development, patient experience, and financial performance to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will partner with providers and leaders across the organization to ensure seamless patient care, communication, and achievement of goals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree plus 0 years of experience, an associate’s degree plus 2 years of experience, or a high school diploma plus 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and practice standards.
• Leads the identification and implementation of short and long-term goals for the practice, and ensures their achievement.
• Manages staff, handles operational issues, resolves client issues, and administers the budget.
• Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office.
