Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• 1–2 years in a healthcare-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of 13 designated practices and at least 18 providers (physicians and APPs).
• Manage business, financial, and practice operations of the sites.
• Develop plans to meet short- and long-term goals and budgets and ensure financial performance.
• Develop, monitor, and respond to financial, service, and quality indicators across responsibilities.
• Maintain a positive employee environment to keep a productive, motivated workforce.”
