St. Luke’s Magic Valley OBGYN is seeking an exceptional leader to oversee one clinic with two suites within the hospital and medical office building.

The role focuses on building high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving operational excellence to deliver outstanding patient experiences. The position requires business-minded leadership, management of budgets, staff supervision, and strong knowledge of healthcare regulations to ensure compliant, high-quality care for women

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in healthcare management or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience; HS Diploma with 6 years of experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Leads identification and implementation of short- and long-term goals for the practice.
• Manages staff, handles operational issues, resolves client issues, and administers the budget.
• Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrates knowledge in management, accounting, HR, law, ethics, economics, strategic planning, and information systems.
• Communicates accurate information with providers and staff to facilitate patient care.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
