Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Practice Operations Coordinator to help oversee daily practice functions and ensure efficient operations and a positive patient experience.

This role collaborates with the Practice Operations leader, supports onboarding, and facilitates ongoing staff development. Key duties include coordinating various administrative tasks, updating schedules, managing supplies, and acting as a point of escalation for issues, while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two or more years of health care experience required.
• Experience in a medical practice operations role preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Focus on compliance and quality of service.
• Strong time management and patient-centric communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth practice operations.
• Liaises between providers, practice employees, and Access Center POD team members.
• Supports onboarding, training and performance feedback.
• Helps with schedule updates, supply inventory, and upkeep of office equipment.
• Escalates and resolves operational, patient, and personnel issues.
• Participates in continuous improvement related to quality, patient satisfaction and access.
