Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to travel to multiple locations; reliable transportation.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office/Google Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk responsibilities and patient check-in/check-out.
• Verify demographics and collect copayments; confirm insurance eligibility.
• Enter patient information accurately in EMR; assist with data download if needed.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals; support providers with timely operations.
• Handle communications via phone, email, and EMR-related channels; escalate when needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and support office needs; travel to other locations as required.
