Job summary

Sora Resource Group is recruiting a Physician specialized in Infectious Disease for an outpatient facility in St. Augustine, FL. The role is on-site, direct-hire, with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

The physician will see 14–18 patients per day, maintain high-quality care, participate in team-based care, and avoid nights or weekend shifts. Board-certified MD/DO with valid DEA and Furnishing license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO with an active, state-appropriate medical license.
• Must have valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Must have active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Complete documentation same day or within 72 hours with accurate E&M billing codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic conditions and acute issues.
• Supervise mid-level providers and provide on-call coverage as assigned.
