Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Physician specialized in Infectious Disease for our outpatient facility in St. Augustine, FL. This full-time role focuses on outpatient care with no nights or weekends, working with a mission-driven team to serve the local community.

The position supports a patient load of 14–18 per day, offers a base salary of $250k–$290k plus bonuses and a robust benefits package, and includes relocation and a sign-on option where applicable.

Qualifications

• MD or DO license active in the applicable state.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Board certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient well-being.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and achieve productivity benchmarks.
• Complete documentation the same day or within 72 hours, including E/M coding.
• Deliver primary care services for chronic and acute conditions.
• Supervise mid-level providers with chart reviews as required.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
