The position offers base salary plus bonuses, relocation if needed, and a robust benefits package. You will work on-site in a mission-driven healthcare facility serving the local community.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with active state medical license.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily.
• Furnishing license and DEA registration required.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet benchmarks.
• Complete documentation the same day or within 72 hours (E/M coding).
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Collaborate with care team to manage urgent care and walk-ins.
• Review reports, imaging, and labs promptly.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor voicemails/emails daily.
• Support patient retention with retention summaries.
• Supervise mid-level providers and perform audits as required.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
