Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an Infectious Disease physician for an outpatient clinic in St. Augustine, FL. This on‑site role requires no nights or weekends and supports 14–18 patient visits per day within a collaborative care team.

Qualified candidates hold an MD or DO with an active license, DEA and Furnishing license, and outpatient experience. Base salary 250k–290k with bonuses and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient well‑being.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Complete same-day or 72-hour documentation with accurate billing codes.
• Deliver primary care services for chronic and acute conditions.
• Review tests, imaging, and lab results promptly.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
