ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Physician specializing in Infectious Disease for our outpatient clinic in St. Augustine, FL. This full-time role features a base salary range with supplements and bonuses, including sign-on and quarterly bonuses, plus a robust benefits package.

The position emphasizes outpatient care with no overnights or weekends, handling 14–18 patients per day, and working on-site. An active MD/DO license and DEA are required to practice in Florida.

Qualificações

• MD or DO with active state medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient well-being.
• Complete documentation on the day of visit, or within 72 hours, including accurate E&M codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions as part of outpatient care.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Review test results, imaging, and labs promptly.
• Process prescriptions renewals within 72 hours.
• Support patient retention efforts and supervise mid-level providers.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
