LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an Infectious Disease Physician for our outpatient clinic in St. Augustine, FL. This full-time role offers base salary of $250k–$290k plus bonuses, a robust benefits package, and relocation if needed.

You will see 14–18 patients daily, supervise PAs/NPs, and collaborate with a dedicated care team in a mission-driven environment. Qualifications include MD/DO with an active license, valid DEA and Furnishing license, and outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active medical license.
• Valid DEA and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality outpatient care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet benchmarks.
• Document the visit on the day or within 72 hours with proper billing codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff.
• Review reports, imaging, and labs promptly.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor voicemails/emails daily.
• Support patient retention through retention summaries.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs/NPs) including audits.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Full-time physicians receive protected administrative time.
