Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease physician for our outpatient facility in Saint Augustine, FL. Join a mission-driven team delivering outpatient care with no night or weekend requirements.

The role demands MD/DO with board certification, active medical license, and DEA/Furnishing credentials, with the capacity to manage 14–18 patients per day in a supported setting. On-site work with a comprehensive benefit package is provided.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with active medical license
• DEA registration and Furnishing license required
• Outpatient primary care experience required
• Capable of managing 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment
• CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and meet productivity standards in a team setting
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks
• Complete same-day or within 72 hours documentation and correct E/M billing codes
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions in an outpatient facility
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff
• Review consultant reports, imaging, and lab results promptly
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours
• Monitor voicemails/emails daily and support patient retention efforts
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs/NPs) with chart reviews or audits
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned
• Full-time physicians receive 4 hours of protected admin time weekly
