The University of Utah Outpatient Services Front Desk Reception position is based in Salt Lake City and supports the Pediatric Administration department. You will handle patient check-in, data entry, and appointment coordination in a busy outpatient setting, ensuring accurate information flow between medical staff and departments.

• One year of office experience or equivalent customer service experience.
• Immunization requirements per CDC standards may apply.
• Must maintain professional demeanor in stressful situations.

Responsabilidades

• Complete patient registration by reviewing accounts and documents for accuracy.
• Enter new or corrected patient data into iCentra and EPIC systems.
• Prepare paperwork for patient visits and communicate with patients and staff.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile with daily charge reports.
