Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group.
• Assess and document patient data and update care plan with Interdisciplinary Team.
• Administer medications per orders and approved algorithms.
