Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care AG is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) in Mobile, AL for a full-time role within the CAP program. The nurse provides clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group under supervision.

Responsibilities include data collection during hemodialysis, collaboration on care plans, patient education, medication administration, and support during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current CPR BLS Certification.
• Must have a minimum of 9 months experience as a RN.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis as a RN.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data during hemodialysis and document in the medical record.
• Develop and adjust the treatment plan in collaboration with the care team.
• Educate patients and families about care and treatment options.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effectiveness.
• Assist with emergency response measures.
