Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and current state licensure are required.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification must be maintained.
• Minimum RN experience: 9 months; 3 months in chronic/acute hemodialysis as RN.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatment options.
• Administer medications per prescribed protocols and document effectiveness.
• Assist with emergency response and patient safety.
• Mentor/guide staff and participate in training as assigned.
