Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP program. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis, with collaboration from the healthcare team.

The role requires nursing licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a path toward CAP advancement. Typical duties include data collection, education, medication administration, and adherence to policy across shifts within an outpatient dialysis

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.
• Entry level RN with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs ongoing collection and analysis of patient data during dialysis and documents in the medical record.
• Delivers safe and effective hemodialysis therapy to assigned patients.
• Administers medications as prescribed and documents justification and effectiveness.
• Initiates or assists with emergency response measures.
• Participates in staff training and orientation of new staff and quality improvement activities.
