Fresenius Kidney Care in Massachusetts is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). You will provide and coordinate comprehensive dialysis care, assess patients, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff (RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians).
• Assess, document, and analyze patient data during dialysis treatment and adjust care plans as needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed or per approved algorithms and document effectiveness.
• Initiate or assist with emergency response measures and participate in quality improvement activities.
