Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Fairhaven, MA is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse CAP1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. The role includes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis.

As part of the ESKD care team, you will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and patient care technicians, document care plans, and participate in education and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN CAP1 entry level with scope to advance.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current state RN license and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data during hemodialysis to adjust care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Deliver safe hemodialysis and manage meds per protocol.
• Assist in emergency responses and coordinate with the care team.
• Document in medical records and track outcomes.
