Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level RN for the Outpatient CAP 1 program. The role provides 11 weeks of paid, structured training with a preceptor and Nurse Educator, and involves clinical coordination for dialysis patients.

Qualified applicants will have an RN license and CPR/BLS; no prior nephrology experience required. The position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and tuition reimbursement up to $4,400 per year.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Entry level for nephrology nursing; dialysis experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential nursing functions under supervision and guidance.
• Assess and document patient data during the hemodialysis cycle; adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families; coordinate care with the health team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effects.
• Lead or support with staff training and orientation as assigned.
