Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is hiring an entry‑level Registered Nurse for its Outpatient CAP program in a dialysis setting. You will work under supervision to provide comprehensive care, coordinate treatments, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement.

Role requires nursing licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 9 months RN experience in nephrology or dialysis. Expect direct patient contact, teamwork with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and techs, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Must meet practice requirements in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data during dialysis and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures and transplant options.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis therapy.
