Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 program. You will coordinate and deliver clinically competent care during hemodialysis, assess patients, document findings, and collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and techs to ensure safe treatment delivery.

The role includes education for patients and families, adherence to policy, and opportunities to advance through CAP requirements. On-site responsibilities may involve travel to training sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient data during dialysis and adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and self-care.
• Administer prescribed medications and manage lab procedures.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe hemodialysis delivery.
• Assist with emergency response and staff training.
