Job summary

You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and eligible to practice in the state
• Successful completion of CPR/BLS certification and ongoing education requirements
• Entry level RN with potential to advance within the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP)

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Document patient data and treatment plans; adjust care per orders and notify the team as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and dialysis procedures; collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team.
