Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure as RN.
• CPR/BLS certification current or completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients during hemodialysis.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care; adjust treatment plan as needed.
