Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing duties under supervision for assigned patients.
• Documents data and adjusts care plan as needed.
• Educates patients and families about treatment and transplant options.
• Directs safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy with the care team.
• Maintains compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
