Highlands Behavioral Health System is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to drive demand for outpatient services. The role acts as a liaison between the outpatient department, the community, and referring agencies, implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to grow the business.

The ideal candidate should be relationship-driven, business-savvy, and comfortable with technology and social media used for lead generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media for business use and comfortable with technology, including analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the outpatient department, community, and referring agencies.
• Implement facility sales and marketing plans to generate demand for outpatient services.
• Enhance the facility's brand and image within the community.
• Manage assigned territory and accounts to meet business development goals.
