Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to lead outbound marketing and revenue-generating activities. The role focuses on expanding awareness of Northpoint facilities in the Denver region and surrounding areas, with remote work and daily travel requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in behavioral health business development, a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience, and a proven ability to build relationships with referral sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience required.
• 2+ years of business development experience within the behavioral health field with a proven track record of growing programs and census required.
• Experience with adult substance abuse, adolescent and young adult populations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to meet/exceed financial, market, and operational goals for your territory.
• Service existing referral sources and establish new referrals to drive revenue.
• Adjust presentations to match referral sources.
• Plan territory to retain and gain market share and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client/patient outcomes.
• Utilize CRM and other planning tools to support strategic decisions.
• Meet established KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Prepare and participate in trade shows and meetings.
