Job summary

Highlands Behavioral Health System in Colorado is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to drive outpatient services. You will serve as the liaison between the outpatient department, community, and referring agencies, using ethical marketing and proven sales methods to create demand and grow the territory.

The role supports the Director of Business Development and requires comfort with social media, digital platforms, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 3+ years in referral development, account management, sales growth and physician relationships preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of social media for professional use.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between outpatient department, community, and referring agencies.
• Create demand for outpatient services through ethical marketing and sales.
• Implement facility sales/marketing plans and manage assigned territory and accounts.
• Help achieve departmental and facility business development goals.
