Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive outbound marketing and revenue generation in Westminster, CO and surrounding areas. This remote role requires daily regional travel and involves building partnerships with referral sources and healthcare networks.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in behavioral health business development, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong CRM experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience required.
2+ years of business development experience in behavioral health.
Experience working with adult, adolescent, and young adult populations preferred.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
Self-motivated, organized and a passion to help.
Highly energetic and focused sales personality.
Demonstrated ability to develop internal and external long-term business relationships.
Prior experience using CRM systems (KIPU preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet/exceed financial, market, and operational goals.
Service existing referral sources and establish new ones to increase awareness and revenue.
Adjust content of presentations for different referral sources.
Plan territory to retain and grow revenue and cultivate partners.
Work with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
Collaborate with BD, Admissions, Billing, Marketing and internal support.
Use CRM and analytics to support strategic decisions.
Meet established KPIs and keep leadership updated on progress.
