Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare operations, outpatient services, or related setting.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance, priorities, and day-to-day operations.
• Working knowledge of financial management, budgeting, productivity, or operational metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to support growth initiatives, marketing partnerships, new patient access, and referral development.
• Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, staffing, and team development.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient program teams to ensure performance, accountability, and engagement.
• Oversee daily operations to deliver services efficiently and consistently.
• Monitor program financials including budget, productivity, and staffing needs.
• Partner with leadership to execute strategy, growth priorities, and performance improvement.
• Support hiring, onboarding, staffing plans, and retention efforts for clinical and operational teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and business development for patient growth and referrals.
• Identify barriers and drive initiatives to improve access, patient experience, and program performance.
• Use data and reporting to track metrics, communicate progress, and propose actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external referral sources.
