Peachford Hospital seeks an experienced Business Development/Marketing & Sales Rep to promote inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services. The role focuses on outside visits to referral sources, collaboration with Admissions, and delivering educational presentations to drive referrals.

You will coordinate tours and continuing education opportunities, supporting the hospital's strategic marketing plan while working with hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, marketing, business or clinical field.
• 2-5 years in clinical behavioral health OR 3+ years healthcare outside sales with measurable results.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic plan to promote services (inpatient & outpatient).
• Promote services through outside visits to referral sources.
• Coordinate CE opportunities and hospital tours to drive referrals.
• Collaborate with Admissions to follow up on referrals and admissions.
