Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Business Development Specialist to lead outbound marketing and revenue growth in Westminster, CO and surrounding areas, with remote work and daily travel. You will cultivate referral sources and promote Northpoint facilities in collaboration with Admissions, Billing, Marketing, and treatment teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience, at least 2 years in behavioral health business development, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience required.
• 2+ years of business development experience within the behavioral health field with a proven track record of growing programs and census required.
• Experience working in the adult substance abuse, adolescent and young adult populations is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Self-motivated, organized and a passion to help.
• Highly energetic and focused sales personality.
• Demonstrated ability to develop both internal and external long-term business relationships.
• Proven skills in working independently on several projects and presentations simultaneously.
• Prior experience using KIPU or other CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to meet financial, market, and operational goals for the territory.
• Service existing referral sources and establish new ones to increase awareness and drive revenue.
• Adjust content of presentations based on referral source.
• Plan territory to retain and penetrate; cultivate community partners and convert revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions for client/patient outcomes.
• Coordinate with BD reps, Admissions, Billing, Marketing, and support teams.
• Use CRM and forecasting to support strategic decisions and KPIs.
• Report territory progress to leadership regularly.
• Prepare and operate trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Provide resource support to staff and treatment teams.
