Job summary

Sheraton Imperial Hotel RTP in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced Outlets Supervisor to lead all food and beverage outlets operations and head restaurant and lounge teams.

You will train staff, ensure service standards, manage scheduling, and coordinate with management while maintaining guest satisfaction and beverage cost controls.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and offers competitive wages plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants required.
• Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets.
• Supervise restaurant and lounge associates.
• Train, maintain and enforce all service standards using record, menus, and appropriate reference material.
• Assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates.
• Maintain open communication between management and staff; administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
• Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant.
• Attend and participate in Lounge/Restaurant associate meetings and periodic training seminars.
• Be on the floor during all meal periods and ensure adequate coverage.
• Support food service operations across the hotel as needed.
