Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking an experienced Outlets Supervisor to lead all food and beverage outlets within a Concord-managed hotel in Durham, NC. The role focuses on directing operations, supervising restaurant and lounge staff, and enforcing service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings prior supervisory experience in full-service restaurants, strong communication skills, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants required.
• Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service.
• Micros system experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets.
• Supervise restaurant and lounge associates.
• Train, maintain and enforce all service standards using record, menus, and appropriate reference material.
• Assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates.
• Maintain open communication between management and staff; administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
• Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant.
• Attend and participate in Lounge/Restaurant associate meetings and periodic training seminars.
• Be on the floor during all meal periods and ensure adequate coverage.
• Support food service operations across the hotel as needed.
