Concord Hospitality Enterprises in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead dining service operations and uphold high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will supervise servers, bartenders, and room service, ensure efficient service, train staff, control costs, and maintain safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory role within full-service restaurants.
• Knowledge of costs and sequence of service.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and advise Restaurant Servers, Room Service, DRA's, Host/Hostess, Bartenders to ensure excellent service.
• Open and close shifts according to manager's checklist.
• Train and enforce service standards using records and menus.
• Maintain safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests.
• Be on the floor during peak times to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor staffing and overtime for restaurant, room service, and bartenders.
• Assist guests with service, seating, and communication with kitchen.
• Ensure side work is completed daily.
• Write schedules and evaluate associates; communicate with management.
• Provide tools and equipment needed for staff to perform their jobs.
