Pinehurst, LLC in Pinehurst, NC seeks an experienced Dining Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and payroll for multiple outlets within the resort. The role ensures guests receive the highest level of service and adherence to Pinehurst standards.

You will hire and train staff, manage reservations, supervise service, and collaborate with F&B leadership to meet payroll budgets and reporting requirements.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years related experience.
• Experience supervising 30-40 hourly staff in a dining/outlet environment.
• Knowledge of resort F&B operations and ABC laws is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interview and hire dining outlet employees per resort standards.
• Train all employees in Pinehurst standards.
• Maintain controls for dining reservations.
• Set up rooms for all meal periods.
• Participate in performance reviews for dining staff.
• Supervise staff during side work, cleaning and stocking.
• Ensure adequate supplies to service guests.
• Allocate service stations for meals.
• Attend Food & Beverage and manager meetings as required.
• Handle guest concerns in dining outlets.
• Oversee payroll and expense control for dining outlets.
• Develop staff from bussers to servers.
• Ensure timely completion of reports (menus scores, event summaries).
• Maintain accountability for all dining outlet activities.
• Meet payroll budget and pre-shift training calendar.
• Track staff benefits hours monthly.
• Order supplies and tune buffet setups.
• Greet and seat guests; uphold service standards.
• Proficient with Micros POS and related paperwork.
• Perform duties of servers and bartenders when needed.
• Familiar with ABC laws relevant to operations.
• Assist with period-end inventory and respond to P&L.
• Serve as liaison for Room Service.
