Sonesta International Hotels is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to ensure top-quality service across breakfast, social events, and beverage operations. You will oversee guest amenities, inventory, and store presentation while driving cost controls and guest satisfaction in a dynamic hotel setting.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining Sonesta’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Two years of previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English, other languages beneficial.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service in all interactions with guests and clients.
• Ensure the hotel is properly supplied with guest amenities and that outlets meet guest expectations.
• Manage daily breakfast, evening social and pour food & beverage operations to maintain standards and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the convenience store is stocked and maintained in an orderly and appealing manner.
• Monitor inventory and order replenishments in a timely manner.
• Purchase and/or requisition for inventory to ensure adequate minimum and maximum stocks of all food, beverage, material, and equipment.
