Job summary

Sea Island Company seeks an Outlet Supervisor to lead the service team with a focus on anticipatory hospitality and guest satisfaction. You will work with the Restaurant Manager to direct operations, control costs, and promote teamwork across the outlet.

You will also assist the Executive Chef and Culinary Supervisor in food production and service, while coaching and training front-of-house staff. You will guide scheduling, maintain knowledge of menu and beverage service, and enforce safety,

Qualifications

• Maintain Sea Island’s standards for food safety and sanitation.
• Guide, coach, counsel, develop and train direct reports.
• Assist with scheduling and supervision of bartenders, servers, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Guide, coach, counsel, develop and train direct reports, and assist with scheduling and supervision of all bartenders, food servers, server assistants, and food runners.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, sauces, portions, garnishes, presentation and prices.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and proper service protocols.
• Follow cleaning procedures and schedules to exceed health standards.
