Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations across our hotel restaurants, cafés, bars, and lounges. You’ll supervise teams, deliver exceptional guest service, and uphold high standards of food quality and hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll work closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Banquets, and F&B leadership to ensure smooth service, manage staffing, onboarding, and training, monitor POS cash handling, safety compliance, and drive guest

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant/hospitality supervision experience is preferred.
• Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and HACCP standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across hotel restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges, and dining spaces.
• Supervise, coach, schedule, and support Food & Beverage team members to ensure exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all outlets.
