Job summary

Spectrum, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and expand access to Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions. You’ll spend about 90% of your time outdoors, meeting prospects and presenting tailored proposals.

Base pay plus incentives aims for total compensation over $100,000 annually. You’ll also enjoy free and discounted Spectrum services, including internet, TV, and mobile, while building a long, rewarding career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years sales experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and local communities.
• Familiarity with computer operating systems and consumer devices (e.g., routers, mobiles).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends; self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services (high-speed data, mobile, landline, video).
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report to management.
