Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who will represent our trusted telecommunications products through face-to-face interactions with prospective customers. The role focuses on expanding access to high-speed data and communication solutions and contributing to growth and satisfaction.

You’ll work primarily outdoors, with a base salary plus incentives that can lead to total compensation over $100,000 annually, plus free and discounted Spectrum services like Internet, TV, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories including during inclement weather.
• Familiarity with computer systems and consumer/ commercial devices.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and relay relevant information to your manager.
