Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect residents with our high‑speed data and communication services through face‑to‑face visits. You will acquire new residential customers from assigned leads and tailor proposals based on needs analyses.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required; travel to assigned territories and occasional evenings/weekends are expected. Spectrum offers a competitive base salary plus incentives, with total compensation over $100,000

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and work evenings/weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately (dispositioning, order entry, reporting).
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high‑speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report to management.
