Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Fremont, Ohio to connect customers with Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication services. You will travel door-to-door, present proposals, and close sales while meeting targets and reporting progress.

You’ll work primarily outdoors, with some evenings and weekends, and benefit from base pay plus incentive-based compensation and employee services. Spectrum supports career growth in a leading telecommunications environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and report to your manager.
