Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow our high-speed data and communication services. You will visit assigned leads, analyze needs, and tailor compelling proposals to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You must be able to travel within your territory, work evenings/weekends as needed, and maintain a strong personal drive to succeed, while representing Spectrum’s trusted services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and communicate insights to your manager.
