Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking Roadway Maintenance Technicians in Texas (Joshua) to join our field crew. This hands-on role involves outdoor work on highways, emergency response, and maintaining roadside safety features.

You will operate equipment, handle materials, and support snow removal and weather-related operations. A valid license and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather.
• Willingness to pass background screening and testing.

Responsabilités

• Perform roadway maintenance and emergency response on active highways.
• Install, repair, and replace guardrails, signs, and safety devices.
• Repair potholes using asphalt and concrete materials.
• Maintain drainage systems and remove debris from ditches.
• Set up traffic control devices and manage MOT requirements.
• Respond to emergencies, snow, and ice removal operations.
